Session formats:
- General and Featured Sessions: These key sessions will take place in Denver and will be livestreamed to the virtual audience
- Oral Sessions: All presenters in a session must be in the same meeting format (virtual or in-person). A virtual presenter can attend the in-person meeting but will conduct their presentation from their personal laptop in their hotel room or a designated WiFi-enabled space in the convention center.
- Poster Sessions: We are currently planning for all poster sessions to be virtual. For 2021, we're adding an interactive element to allow poster presenters to easily communicate with other attendees.
- Roundtable Sessions: We are currently planning for all roundtable sessions to be virtual. New technologies will allow us to optimize virtual roundtable presentations.
