The 64th Annual Meeting of the American Society of Hematology (ASH) will be held Saturday, December 10, through Tuesday, December 13, 2022, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The meeting will be in person, with a virtual attendance option. The goal of the ASH annual meeting is to present the best new basic, translational, clinical, and epidemiological research in all areas of hematology. The meeting content will also be accessible to virtual meeting attendees via an online platform.

• Pre-recorded presentations for both oral and poster presentations are required by November 16th.
• Presentation length for an oral presentation is 10-minutes with 5 minutes for Q&A.
• Poster presentations will consist of 3-5 minute recordings accompanying a slide deck on the virtual platform. Printed posters will be hung in the poster hall for those attending in-person, and the poster images will also be available on the virtual platform.
• Failure to submit presentation by November 16th will result in removal of presenting privileges, to be noted by “Presentation Not Available” in meeting materials.

To submit an abstract, the following criteria must be met:

• At least one of the authors must be a current ASH member with up-to-date payment of membership dues.至少有一位作者必须是当前ASH会员，并及时缴纳会费。

• The content of the abstract must fit into one of the ASH 2022 Abstract Review Categories.

Any of the following criteria will make an abstract ineligible for presentation at the ASH annual meeting:

• Data from peer-reviewed content is publicly available via major search engines (such as PubMed, Google Scholar, etc.),
• Data are accepted for journal publication before the abstract submission closing date.
• Data have been or are to be presented at a meeting of 1,000 or more participants before the 2022 ASH annual meeting.
• Data are to be presented at an ASH Friday Satellite Symposium, scheduled for December 9, 2022.

Updated analyses of work previously presented at ASH or other meetings of more than 1,000 participants will be considered only if the abstract is a significant extension of previously published or presented work. The author must provide an explanation (see section below) to show how the abstract contains significant new information.

Submission policies/摘要提交政策：

• No revisions can be made after the abstract submission deadline.
• Abstracts should be written in clear and concise English, so that reviewers are able to focus solely on the scientific merits of the submission. We encourage non-English-speaking authors to have their abstracts checked for grammar and spelling prior to submission.
• During online submission, you must indicate whether you prefer to have your abstract withdrawn if it is not accepted as an oral or poster presentations at the ASH annual meeting. Abstracts may not be withdrawn after September 16.
• 提交费：There is a $85 nonrefundable handling fee for submitting an abstract. Payment must be made by credit card; Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. Purchase orders and checks will not be accepted. The abstract submission fee does not include registration for the annual meeting; therefore, all authors planning to attend the ASH annual meeting must register for the meeting.

Acceptance/Rejection Notification-接受/拒绝通知

• Notification regarding acceptance or rejection of abstracts will be sent via email to the presenting author over a several day period in early-October 2022; consequently, providing an accurate e-mail address at submission is critical. If your abstract is accepted, the e-mail will specify whether it is accepted as plenary, oral, or poster presentation or will be published online only, without a presentation. If you have not received an e-mail notification by October 5, 2022, contact ASHabstracts@hematology.org.
• The decision of the ASH Program Committee regarding acceptance and presentation of abstracts is final.

ASH is pleased to offer participants in-person and virtual options to attend the annual meeting. However you choose to participate, your registration includes access to the annual meeting sessions, Q&A, networking, CME/MOC, exhibits, and more.

VIRTUAL ACCESS REGISTRATION

The ASH annual meeting virtual platform will open on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, to all attendees. Most sessions offered at the in-person meeting will be broadcast simultaneously on the virtual platform. The platform will also include on-demand (recorded) sessions as well as access to networking, exhibits, and more.  In-person registrants can upgrade their virtual access to Extended Flexibility or Best Value.

There are three virtual access only registration options:

Real-Time Experience (Access through January 1, 2023)

• This option provides access during peak dates and hours of the meeting with the largest audience at a given time, maximizing opportunities for networking, and interacting with peers. Access to exhibits and industry-sponsored content is included.
• CME/MOC can be claimed through April 14, 2023, by viewing qualifying sessions on the virtual platform.

Extended Flexibility (Access through February 1, 2023)

• This option provides ongoing access for you to continue watching on-demand sessions six weeks after the meeting
• CME/MOC can be claimed through April 14, 2023 by viewing qualifying sessions on the virtual platform.

Best Value (Access through March 1, 2023)

• This option provides maximum platform accessibility for you to continue watching on-demand sessions after the meeting ends. Access to exhibits and industry-sponsored content is also included.
• CME/MOC can be claimed through April 14, 2023 by viewing qualifying sessions on the virtual platform.
