美国言语语言听力协会(ASHA)是美国国家专业、科学和认证协会，拥有223,000名成员和附属机构成员，他们都是听力学家、语言病理学家、言语、语言和听力科学家、听力学和语言病理学宣支持人员和学生等。听力学家专门从事听力和平衡障碍的预防和评估，以及提供包括助听器在内的听力学治疗。言语语言病理学家(SLPs)识别、评估和治疗言语、语言和吞咽障碍。

The ASHA Convention is the premier annual professional education event for speech-language pathologists, audiologists, and speech, language, and hearing scientists. Bringing together approximately 15,000 attendees, the Convention provides unparalleled opportunities to hear the latest research and gain new skills and resources to advance your career.

 

February 21 The Call for Papers opens.
April 4 The Call for Papers submission deadline. (Late submissions not considered.)
May TBD Advance booth selection for companies who exhibited at the 2022 ASHA Convention.
Early June The function space request form is available for exhibitors and affiliate groups to request space to hold meetings or events during the ASHA Convention.
June TBD Exhibit Hall booth sales open.
Mid-July Notifications of acceptance/nonacceptance for the Call for Papers are sent (no later than July 20).
Late July The student volunteer application is available.
August 1 The full education program is available to preview.
August 1 Registration and hotel reservations open at 10:00 a.m., ET.
August 31 The deadline for exhibitors and affiliate groups to request function space to hold meetings or events during the ASHA Convention.
Early September Deadline to apply to be a student volunteer.
October 1 Notifications of location assignments are sent to exhibitors and affiliate groups that have requested function space.
Mid-October Deadline to reserve a hotel room through ASHA’s official housing service.
November 9 On-demand/virtual sessions are available to view.
November 9 Continuing education reporting system opens for claiming ASHA Convention sessions for credit.
November 29 Last day to view on-demand/virtual sessions.
December 1 Deadline to report attendance at sessions for continuing education credit.

Full Convention Rates

Full in-person registration is for all three days of the ASHA Convention, November 16–18, 2023. Your full registration fee allows you to:

  • Attend any in-person 1-hour oral seminar, technical research session, technical clinical session, or poster presentation taking place on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
  • Visit the Exhibit Hall, including the Welcome Reception on Wednesday afternoon
  • Attend the Opening General Session and Awards Ceremony
  • Claim continuing education credit for on-demand/virtual technical sessions and digital posters
