2023年美国耳鼻喉科春季联合会议(COSM)将于2023年5月3日至7日在美国马萨诸塞州波士顿举行，本次会议由AAFPRS, ABEA, ALA, ANS, AOS, ARS, ASPO, TRIO联合主办。

Substitution and Cancellation Policy:
Substitutions: Substitution of one individual to another is not permitted.
Cancellation: A refund of 50% of the registration fees, minus a $10 processing fee, will be returned to those who notify COSM in writing by April 6, 2023. After this date, refunds for registration fees will not be issued. The $35 COSM administrative fee, if applicable, is nonrefundable.
Attendance Change: If you would like to switch how you are attending the meeting, in-person vs. virtual, the deadline to do so is April 6, 2022.
Virtual Poster Session:
All attendees will have access to the Virtual Poster Session. CME will only be awarded to those who paid the optional in-person CME fee of $50 or the Virtual Poster Session Virtual Fee ($125). Virtual meeting content will be available on May 3. Login information will be communicated at that time.
