Submission deadline

All abstracts must arrive at the ESHRE Central Office on Wednesday 1 February 2023 at 11:59 CET (noon) at the latest.

All abstracts will be reviewed and scored and subsequently accepted for presentation or rejected. This process will take some time to complete and the outcome will be available by 25 April 2023. At that time the submitter will be notified as to whether his/her abstract has been accepted or not.

Basic science, clinical science and paramedical abstracts will be considered for presentation in the following topic categories and authors are urged to carefully consider the topics, before indicating the single most appropriate topic for their abstract.

Welcome to ESHRE 2023! Welcome to Copenhagen!

On behalf of the local organizing committee it is our great pleasure to invite you to join us in wonderful Copenhagen from 25 to 28 June 2023 for the 39th Annual Meeting of ESHRE.

After a successful and much welcomed post-lockdown meeting in Milan 2022 we hope to repeat the success by offering you a warm, friendly and exciting setting in one of the most beautiful cities in Europe in what is probably the best month of the year to visit our country. The days are long, the light is exceptional and the air is warm (we hope!).

The meeting will see a return to the Bella Centre, the location of our last meeting in Copenhagen, situated close to the airport and to the city centre, all connected by our clean, safe and quick metro system, voted the best in the world. For those of you interested in alternative ways of transport, there are bicycles to rent and safe and wide bike paths throughout the city. Did we mention Copenhagen has been voted the best city for cycling in the world?

Should you feel tempted to stay for an extra couple of days, Copenhagen has some of the best restaurants in the world, canals and beaches offering clean water and a possibility to go swimming, and a vibrant and international cultural scene with ample opportunity to catch an outdoor jazz concert while enjoying a cold beer or a quiet, classical concert in the beautiful Tivoli Gardens.

We are excited to welcome you to Copenhagen for 4 days of cutting edge science, inspirational speakers and unrivalled networking opportunities. Welcome to the 39th Annual Meeting of ESHRE!
