Cancellation / Refund Policy
- ATA2024 offers three levels of registration: In-Person All Access, Exhibits Plus and On Demand. In-Person All Access will receive a Map Your Show account to access exhibitor listings, and for All Access and On Demand
registration, access to recorded on-demand sessions. All sessions will be recorded and available as on demand.
- A registrant can upgrade registration from On Demand to All Access In-Person by paying the difference in registration fee.
- A registrant can downgrade registration from All Access In-person to On Demand, however no refund of difference in price will be provided.
- If you are unsure if you will be attending ATA2024 in-person, we suggest that you register for On Demand and upgrade at a later time if you decide to attend in-person.
All requests for refunds for cancellations received prior to January 7, 2024, will be honored, less a $100 administrative fee. Refund requests must be sent in writing.
