Abstract submissions for ESPE 2024 have now closed. Acceptance notifications will be sent to submitters in July 2024.

We will re-open for late breaking abstract submissions on Monday 17 June 2024. Please note that late breaking submissions should be novel, newsworthy and groundbreaking, where the final data was not ready in time for the main submission deadline

ESPE Meeting 2024 Late Breaking Abstract Submission – Deadline July 15

Notification date

Authors will be informed of the outcome of their abstract submission in mid-July 2024.

Late breaking abstract submission notifications will be available in August 2024.

Submission criteria

• Abstracts must be no longer than 400 words.
• Do not include your title or author list in the body of the abstract as these will be added separately.
• Abstracts and titles must be submitted in English.
• Tables can be included in the abstract text but will be included in the word count.
• Figures and images will not be accepted by the submission system.
• ESPE do not accept encore abstracts – any abstract previously presented at another congress will need to include new data and be re-written for consideration for ESPE 2024.
• At least one author from every accepted abstract must register to attend ESPE 2024.

In-person, Liverpool, UK – Registration Fees include:

• Access to all scientific sessions and commercial exhibition
• Delegate bag including all meeting materials and a name badge
• Endocrine Abstracts online
• Entrance to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
• All refreshment breaks during the meeting
• Registration does not include accommodation or tickets to any social events

**Concession Fee: Participants applying for the Concession Fee for the ESPE 2024 meeting must be ESPE Members who are Nurses, Allied Health Care Professionals, Fellows in Training, Basic Scientists in Training, from middle or low income countries as defined by the World Bank or a Retired ESPE Member.

The Concessionary fee will not apply if the registration fee is being paid by the industry. The Concessionary fee will only apply if the registration fee is being paid by the participant or institution.

2. ESPE 2024 REGISTRATION FEES: IN-PERSON, LIVERPOOL, UK + ON-DEMAND ACCESS (NON-MEMBER RATES)

For Non-Members who wish to attend ESPE 2024 In-Person in Liverpool and have access to all scientific content On-Demand following the ESPE 2024 Meeting, registration rates are as follows;

n-person, Liverpool, UK + On-Demand Access (NON-MEMBER) – Registration Fees include:

• Access to all scientific sessions and commercial exhibition
• Delegate bag including all meeting materials and a name badge
• Endocrine Abstracts online
• Entrance to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception

• Access to ESPE On-Demand -access to all approved scientific content On-Demand (3 months) following the ESPE 2024 Meeting taking place in Liverpool, UK (16-18 November 2024)

3. ESPE 2024 REGISTRATION FEES: ON-DEMAND ACCESS ONLY

Delegates who are unable to attend the ESPE 2024 Meeting in Liverpool, UK will be able to register to view the full meeting programme On-Demand following the physical event taking place. You will be sent a link to access the ESPE On-Demand platform following the In-Person meeting taking place on 16-18 November 2024 in Liverpool, including all presentations which are approved by speakers to publish On-Demand.

Please note: No cancellation or refund requests will be accepted for ESPE On-demand registrations.

• Access to ESPE On-Demand -access to all approved scientific content On-Demand (3 months) following the ESPE 2024 Meeting taking place in Liverpool, UK (16-18 November 2024)
