2024年欧洲风湿病学大会（EULAR年会）将于2024年6月12-15日在奥地利维也纳举行，会议由欧洲抗风湿病联盟(EULAR)主办。一年一度的EULAR大会是世界风湿病学日历中的重大事件，大会将汇集来自欧洲和世界各地的医师、科学家，各年龄段的患者及其家属，卫生保健专业人士和制药行业代表；一系列多样化的EULAR活动将展示传播风湿病学领域的最新研究进展，所有活动都致力于改善风湿性骨骼肌肉疾病或受其影响的人们的健康状况。EULAR大会将再次讨论广泛的议题，包括人口、卫生服务、临床、转化和基础科学等方面的创新，致力于欧洲关节炎和风湿病患者（PARE）和风湿病卫生专业人员（HPR）的会议将成为一个突出特色！并将再次提供高质量的卫生保健行业会议，提供深入和有重点的见解。2023EULAR与会人数：12,394人。

欧洲风湿病学大会(EULAR大会)起源于2000年，现已成为欧洲交流科学和临床信息的重要平台，是全球范围内的医生、科学家、关节炎/风湿病患者、卫生专业人员和医药行业代表之间互相交流的知名论坛，EULAR大会每年6月在欧洲的一个主要城市举行，每年都有10000余名来自世界各地的代表参会，EULAR大会的科学计划涵盖了临床创新、临床、转化和基础科学宣等广泛的议题，是执业医师获取新的临床研究信息的最具创新性的平台。

Dear Friends, 

As the newly elected President of the European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology (EULAR), I am honoured to address you all and extend my warmest greetings. Since its founding in 1947, EULAR has been a shining example of excellence in the field of Rheumatology. It has achieved a respected and esteemed reputation of significant importance throughout Europe.  

At the heart of EULAR's remarkable endeavours, the EULAR European Congress of Rheumatology stands as our flagship event, delivering an unparalleled experience year after year. Our Congress brings together a vast network of patients, health professionals, rheumatologists and industry partners dedicated to highlighting the latest scientific breakthroughs in clinical, translational, and basic research. It serves as a platform for discussing new developments and management of rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases (RMDs). Furthermore, the Congress focuses on bridging the gap between diagnosis and patient care and explores practical aspects of the rheumatology field through specialised workshops, presentations, and discussions. 

In 2023, the EULAR Congress in Milan was a tremendous success with both onsite and online components, with extended access to the complete Scientific Programme until 31 December 2023. This innovative Congress had over 12,000 attendees, demonstrating our commitment to providing a high-quality experience. 

The EULAR 2024 Congress is taking place in the beautiful city of Vienna, Austria, where we will foster knowledge sharing, innovation, and striving for excellence through collaboration. Vienna, with its rich history, cultural heritage, and warm hospitality, is a perfect location for our Congress.  

EULAR 2024 will be a forum for exchanging groundbreaking research projects, best practices, and the latest advancements in rheumatology. Our esteemed speakers, and renowned experts in the field, will deliver insightful scientific sessions, abstract presentations and engaging, stimulating discussions. EULAR 2024 Scientific Program will be thoughtfully designed to address the pressing challenges and emerging possibilities that lie ahead. It will allow attendees to enhance their knowledge, exchange ideas, and forge meaningful connections with like-minded people from around the world. 

I would like to thank all EULAR Community members and volunteers, the EULAR 2024 Congress Committee, and the EULAR Office for their dedication and hard work. I also want to give heartfelt gratitude to all delegates who will attend our excellent Congress in 2024.
