Dear Colleagues,

Greetings from AAPM! We are thrilled to invite you to join us at AAPM’s 67th Annual Meeting & Exhibition, taking place from July 27-30 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC. This year’s theme, “Coming Together to Forge Ahead!” captures the spirit of collaboration and progress, and we’re eager to welcome you to this important event.

The healthcare landscape is constantly evolving, and there has never been a greater need for collaboration among professionals from different backgrounds and specialties. Our meeting provides a platform for medical physicists—whether you are clinicians, academics, or physicians—to come together, share knowledge, and learn from one another. Together, we can advance the field, improve outcomes, and push forward into new frontiers.

In the spirit of "Coming Together to Forge Ahead," our 2025 Annual Meeting & Exhibition committee has been hard at work to develop a dynamic program designed to facilitate interaction and collaboration. With curated sessions covering Diagnostic and Interventional programs, Therapy, Radiopharmaceuticals, Artificial Intelligence, and Professional programs, as well as insightful keynote speakers, this meeting is an opportunity for you to engage with the latest trends, innovations, and advancements shaping our field.

As one of the largest gatherings of medical physicists worldwide, this event offers a unique opportunity to connect with peers, explore emerging technologies, and gain insights into the latest scientific and regulatory developments. In response to attendee feedback, we’ve adjusted the schedule to start with a dynamic keynote on Sunday morning at 8:30 a.m. and conclude on Wednesday afternoon. By moving from a 5-day to a 4-day format, we’ve created even more opportunities to learn, network, and collaborate. I look forward to welcoming you to Washington, DC, where we will continue to forge ahead—together.
