The ACMG Annual Clinical Genetics Meeting is where geneticists gather for the best four days of medical genetics.

Medical genetics is experiencing growth and exciting development in diagnostic and treatment options. Reunite with your peers to learn about updates, hear case studies and experience a recommitment to providing your patients with optimal care.

Information for Submitters

This is the submission site for:

1. Scientific Abstracts
2. Case Study Reports and Diagnostic Dilemmas/Challenge Cases (Unknown & Rare Knowns).

The ACMG Annual Clinical Genetics Meeting will be held from March 18-22, 2025 in Los Angeles, CA. Fifty-two (52) of the highest-rated reviewed scientific abstracts will become Platform Presentations and the remaining accepted abstracts will become Posters. Case Study abstracts are reviewed with the option to be considered for a Diagnostic Dilemmas or Challenge Case (Unknown & Rare Knowns) in the popular Friday evening sessions. Three or more cases should be considered a scientific abstract. Case Study abstracts are not eligible for scientific abstract awards or presenter entitlements. All accepted abstracts have prestige dissemination:

• All abstracts will published in a supplement of Genetics in Medicine Open
• Platform abstracts will be assigned a session date and time to be orally presented
• Accepted as a Poster are to be displayed in printed format in the exhibit hall
• Poster presenters are assigned a specific time on Thursday or Friday to stand beside your poster and present to colleagues
•  Poster presenters are additionally required to upload an electronic poster for online viewing (audio file can be attached).

The goal of the ACMG annual meeting is to present new scientific research in all areas of genetics and genomics to provide attendees with knowledge and tools to take genetic discoveries and translate them into better patient care.

All abstracts accepted for presentation at the 2025 ACMG Annual Clinical Genetics Meeting must be presented in person. Presenters who are unable to travel to Los Angeles to present their work in person will have the opportunity to designate a co-author to serve as the presenter.
