To submit an abstract, the following criteria must be met:

• At least one of the authors must be an ASH member who has paid the current membership dues.
• If none of the abstract authors is an ASH member, the abstract must be sponsored by a current ASH member. ASH members are urged to use their best judgment in restricting sponsorship to a reasonable number of abstracts, keeping in mind that they are endorsing the authenticity and quality of each abstract that they sponsor.
• Research and/or studies must fit into one of the ASH 2020 Abstract Review Categories.

Any of the following criteria will make an abstract ineligible for presentation at the ASH annual meeting:

• Data are accepted for journal publication before the abstract submission closing date;
• Data have been or are to be presented at a meeting of 1,000 or more participants before January 1, 2020.
• Data are to be presented at an ASH Friday Satellite Symposium, scheduled for December 4, 2020.

There is a $85 nonrefundable handling fee for submitting an abstract.
Payment must be made by credit card; Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. Purchase orders and checks will not be accepted. The abstract submission fee does not include registration for the annual meeting; therefore, all authors planning to attend the ASH annual meeting must register for the meeting through the ASH website.

No revisions can be made after the abstract submission deadline.

Abstracts generally may not be withdrawn once submitted. During online submission, you must indicate whether you prefer to have your abstract withdrawn if it is not accepted as an oral or poster presentation at the ASH annual meeting. Abstracts may not be withdrawn after September 17.

1 To register as a non-member in training, you must register and submit your verification by October 28, 2020. After this date, you will need to register as a non-member, meaning you will not get access to trainee activities and services.

2 The allied health professional category is for individuals without a doctoral degree who provide direct patient care. Individuals with an MD, PhD, or PharmD degree do not qualify for this category because they are eligible for ASH membership. These individuals should register in the member or non-member category based upon their current membership status.

• Admission to the General, Special-Interest, Education, Scientific, Oral, and Poster Sessions
• Admission to the exhibit hall*
• Admission to receptions in the poster hall*
• Complimentary light lunch in the exhibit hall on Sunday and Monday*
• Daily coffee breaks*

Access to the ASH annual meeting webcasts is not included with registration. Webcasts may be pre-ordered at a discounted rate during the annual meeting registration process or on site.

Meeting Cancellation Policy-取消政策

ASH reserves the right to modify or cancel any or all activities associated with this meeting due to unforeseen circumstances. 

Registration Cancellation Policy (Valid for 2020 only)

If ASH decides to transition the meeting to a virtual experience, attendees will have the option to transfer their registration to the virtual meeting or cancel and receive a full refund. Cancellations must be received on or before Wednesday, November 11, 2020. No refunds will be granted after this date.

If you have extenuating circumstances that prevent you from participating, you are welcome to petition for an exception to this policy. To do so, please email the ASH Registration Center at ashregistration@spargoinc.com to explain your situation and include any documentation to support your case (documentation is optional but recommended). These petitions must be submitted by Friday, December 18, 2020, to be considered. The decision regarding your petition may take up to one month after the event.

ll registration cancellations and refunds will be processed in the same manner as original payment:

• If paid by credit card the refund will be issued to the card on record, generally within 5-7 business days of the request.
• Payments made by check will be refunded as a check within 45 days of the close of the meeting.
