The American Brachytherapy Society is excited to welcome you to the 2025 Annual Conference, June 18–21, 2025, at the JW Marriott in Nashville, Tennessee. This year's event is themed "Brachytherapy: Tailored Treatment, Swift Recovery", and it promises to be both educational and inspiring.

The Scientific Program Chair, Dr. Andrew Farach, along with Co-Chair Dr. Marisa Kollmeier, have curated an exciting agenda filled with hands-on educational opportunities and engaging sessions. This is a unique chance to engage directly with leading experts in the field,  explore real-life cases, and discuss the latest advancements at the forefront of brachytherapy.

Be ready for an immersive experience that not only showcases groundbreaking technologies but also thoughtfully addresses some of our field's most controversial topics. We’ll celebrate our rich heritage while embracing innovative practices set to redefine brachytherapy. New this year! The ABS is offering a group discount rate of 10% off the annual conference registration ($900) for 3or more registrations falling under the Regular Active Member and Regular Active Non-Member category. Registrants are required to be employed by the same company. If the company has multiple domains, please email Executive Director, Melissa Pomerene. If a registrant is registering under the Non-member Regular category, 10% will be taken off the $900. This offer does not apply to students, new lawyers, or associate categories.

Group Package Substitution Policy: Group package registration substitutions are only permitted between registrants with the same membership status who are employed by the same company and possess the same e-mail address domain. There is no service fee for name change substitutions if the payment information stays the same. However, a US $150 service fee will apply to any substitutions requiring payment changes.

Registration fees include all education sessions; CME Credit; evening receptions on Thursday, breakfasts on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and breaks on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. ABS does not provide a refund if an attendee chooses not to participate in any of the functions included with their registration fees.

Guests Pass: Registrants may register for a guest pass for $250 USD per person. The fee includes access to the Thursday evening reception, breakfasts on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and breaks on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The guest pass does not include access to educational sessions.
