亚洲运动医学联合会(AFSM)于1990年9月在中国北京成立,是国际运动医学联合会(FIMS)监管下的洲际组织之一,其宗旨是帮助亚洲的体育组织、办事机构和协会管理运动医学设施,研究制定关于一般性运动和每个具体运动项目的医学要求的医学议定书和文件;建立、加强、和宣传运动方面的医学法规;反对在竞赛中滥用兴奋剂,履行奥委会和国际运动医学联合会有关兴奋剂的宪章;为亚洲体育科学训练的合作与交流建立和提供科学论坛。

To be eligible for sports coach’ (of any age) or professional athlete’/ para-athlete’ (≤ 35 years old) special discounted rate, delegates must attach proof of identity via an official letter or a valid coach or athlete ID from their respective National Sports Coaching Academy/ National Olympic Committee/ National Sports Association/ National Sports Council/ International Sports Federation or evidence of recent participation (within the last six months from the date of full payment) in any official international or world tournament, competition, championship or multisport mega event for professional athlete/ para-athlete.

8. To be eligible for students’ (including undergraduate and postgraduate) special discounted rate, the delegate must attach proof of identity via an official letter or enrolment email from the Head of Department/ Dean of Faculty/ Director of the Institution/ Course Director or a valid student ID. Registration fees include access to the pre-congress webinars, one pre-selected congress workshop (selection is on a first-come, first-served basis), all congress scientific sessions, poster and paper presentations, exhibition booths, congress materials, certificates of participation, coffee breaks, lunch, and an invitation to the cultured-theme elegant gala dinner cum opening ceremony on 27 April 2024 (Saturday) at 19:30 Malaysia Time.
