2025年第33届亚洲心血管与胸外科学会(ASCVTS)年会将于2025年5月14-17日在新加坡举行。大会组委会正筹备一个非常专业的科学计划,既互动又有趣,这将是一个为期4天的会议,将重点介绍心血管和胸外科领域的最新进展,预计有来自世界各地的近1800名教师和代表将出席这次会议。

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • Abstracts may be submitted for poster or oral presentation only.
  •  Abstracts must be submitted online via the Abstract portal. Abstracts submitted by fax, email, or post will NOT be accepted.
  • Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.
  • Abstracts submitted previously to other congresses will not be accepted.
  • Abstract should be submitted by 24 January 2025
  • The result will be announced by 28 February 2025

CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT AND NOTIFICATION OF DECISION

  • After submitting your abstract, you will receive an email confirmation that your abstract has been received.
  • Please contact the Secretariat at abstract@ascvts2025.org if you have submitted an abstract and did not receive an email acknowledgement.

PRESENTATION AT THE CONGRESS

  • Instructions for preparation will be sent together with acceptance notification.
  • For each abstract, at least one author is expected to attend the congress. Authors must register for the congress and pay the registration fee by the registration deadline for inclusion in the congress programme and the presentation schedule

PREPARING YOUR ABSTRACT FOR SUBMISSION

  • The abstract should be as informative as possible and include the following details:
  • Objectives: Background and specific aims of the study
  • Methods: Description of methods used
  • Results: Summary of results obtained
  • Conclusions: Conclusions reached
  • Abstracts must meet the following specifications:
    • Total Abstract – Limited to 300 words
    • Abstract Topic – The abstract topic must be chosen from a specific theme
  • Use only standard abbreviations. Special or unusual abbreviations are not recommended. If otherwise necessary, the latter should be placed in parenthesis after the first appearance of the full word.
  • All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication. If you need editorial help, please arrange for the review of your abstract by a colleague who is a native English speaker, by a university scientific publications office (or other similar facility) or by a copy editor, prior to submission.
  • Please note that abstracts must be SUBMITTED before the deadline to be sent for review for inclusion in the Scientific Programme.

  • Submitted Abstract cannot be modified or corrected after final submission. Accepted abstracts will be published exactly as submitted. Please ensure all information is correct at the point of submission.
  • Submission of the abstract constitutes your and your co-authors’ consent for publication
  • The Abstract Submitter warrants and represents that he/she is the owner or has the rights to all the information and content provided to ASCVTS 2025 and Kenes MP Asia. The publication of the abstract does not infringe any third-party rights including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights.
  • The Abstract Submitter grants the Organisers a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, distribute, and display of the Content.
  • The Organisers reserves the right to remove any publication of an abstract which does not comply with the above terms.
  • The Abstract Submitter is responsible for informing the other co-authors regarding the abstract status.
