2025年第21届世界内镜外科大会(WCES2025)暨第17届亚洲内镜和腹腔镜外科医师协会(ELSA)亚太大会(年会)将于2025年11月5-8日在新加坡举行，会议由亚洲内镜和腹腔镜外科医师协会(ELSA)主办。
亚洲内镜和腹腔镜外科医师协会(ELSA)是于1990年由亚洲的一些内镜和腹腔镜外科的爱好者创立的一个非营利性组织，并于1992年6月12日在新加坡正式成立。ELSA是代表亚太地区内镜外科医生的主要区域组织，是国际内镜外科医师联盟（IFSES）的创始成员之一，其治理机构由来自亚太地区37个国家的内镜外专家组成。ELSA的目标是：宣促进亚洲内镜外科技术的发展，并分享经验和专业知识，为成员国的实践标准提供建议。未经许可禁止复制摘录转载本站任何内容-国际医学会议网(lingyuint.com)。

Dear Colleagues,
It is my great pleasure to welcome you to International Congress of Endoscopic Laparoscopic Surgeons of Asia (ELSA) 2024 to be held in Bali, Indonesia from August 14 to 17, 2024, our most beloved and most beautiful island.
Since the first congress, our congress has grown into one of the most authoritative congresses while remarkably contributing to the advancement of techniques of minimally invasive surgery. ELSA is the best place for all the surgeons, especially in Asia, to collaborate and to build relationships for the future of minimal invasive surgery.
This will follow in the footsteps of previous congresses and continue to abide by its standard of excellence. Under the theme of “Culture meets Science” our congress committee will organize our programs to gather all surgeons in Asia who are interested in the field of endoscopic surgery.
I am confident that we will successfully organize the best congress and meet in-person with the more colleagues at the upcoming congress. Be sure to mark the dates in your calendar and please stay safe and healthy until we meet at International Congress of Endoscopic Laparoscopic Surgeons of Asia (ELSA) 2024.
