* Top abstracts submitted will be selected for oral presentation. Abstracts that are accepted but not selected for oral presentation will be placed in the poster category.
Encore Abstracts
Abstracts previously presented at other meetings or published as a full article in one of the IAPRD journals (Parkinsonism and Related Disorders or Clinical Parkinsonism and Related Disorders) will be considered Encore Abstracts and allowed for submission. However, all abstracts, Encore or Original, need to undergo the peer review process.

On behalf of the International Association of Parkinsonism and Related Disorders (IAPRD), it is our pleasure to invite you to join us for the 30th World Congress on Parkinson’s Disease and Related Disorders to be held 7-10 May 2025 in New York City, USA.
IAPRD 2025 will feature a program of clinical and scientific sessions revolving around the theme Empowering Scientists and Clinicians: Accelerating Discovery and Care Innovation. Our global faculty of distinguished experts will provide updates on the latest developments, current knowledge, and new tools enabling innovative research and treatment in parkinsonism and related disorders. The Congress will also feature a session devoted to foundational knowledge in Parkinson’s disease, dystonias, and more designed for trainees, general neurologists, and allied healthcare colleagues.
The Congress will be held at the Brooklyn Bridge Marriott, a hotel setting designed to promote professional interactions among colleagues across all career stages and specialties.
New York City is renowned for the Statue of Liberty, Central Park, Broadway theater, Times Square, Wall Street, Brooklyn Bridge, Bronx Zoo, and much more. We look forward to welcoming you to this iconic city for IAPRD 2025 and hope you will join us.
