The ICNMD International Congress on Neuromuscular Diseases is organized on behalf of the Specialty Group on Neuromuscular Diseases (NMD) of the World Federation of Neurology (WFN). Since 2014, the Congress has taken place in a two-year cycle.
The aim of the ICNMD Congresses is to offer attendees an updated view on neuromuscular disorders and that networking opportunities increase their international experience and collaborations. The scientific and program committee are invited from all continents around the world to enable this wide spectrum.

As we continue our efforts to build a fantastic congress, we are excited to be welcoming you to the sunniest capital city in the world in just over a couple of months.
There is a great program organised, with over 120 invited speakers from more than 25 countries, 4 Hands-on courses, 10 Teaching courses, over 45 Scientific sessions, 4 Plenary Talks and separate days dedicated to Muscle, Motor Neuron, Nerve and Neuromuscular Junction.
Western Australia has an outstanding history of successful research in neuromuscular disease from the discovery of muscle regeneration in Rottnest Island quokkas to the first FDA approved treatments for Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
If you have not yet registered or confirmed your travel, there is still time. ICNMD is the premier Neuromuscular Diseases congress and 2024 will not disappoint.
