About ITOC
The Immunotherapy of Cancer Conference (ITOC) is a European meeting providing a global platform for translational research in the field of immuno-oncology as well as a forum for discussion of early clinical translation and to address its unique challenges.

ITOC is organised by the WMA GmbH in scientific cooperation with the ITOC Association, the Tumor Centre in Munich (TZM), the Wolfgang Wilmanns Stiftung (WWS), the German Cancer Consortium (DKTK), the Central European Cooperative Oncology Group (CECOG), the Chinese American Hematologist and Oncologist Network (CAHON) as well as the Comprehensive Cancer Center Munich (CCCM) in Munich.

Notification of Acceptance

• Note that the first/submitting author will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing the other authors of the status of the abstract and will automatically be listed as the presenting author.
  Make sure to use an email address that is working and is checked regularly.
• Accepted abstracts will be presented as posters.
• Some selected abstracts will be presented orally in plenary sessions.
• By submitting an abstract, you are not automatically registered for the conference! Make sure to complete your registration (and payment) on time to benefit from the reduced registration fees.
• Authors will be notified on acceptance and allocation per email by end of January 2025.

Presentations of abstracts
The submission of an abstract constitutes a formal commitment by the presenting author to present the abstract (if accepted) orally or as a poster in the session and the time assigned by the ITOC11 Programme Committee.

Publication of abstracts
Accepted abstracts will be published as a supplement to the "Journal for ImmunoTherapy of Cancer".

Poster Awards
All presenters of accepted poster presentations are automatically entered in the competition of the ITOC11 Poster Awards.

The winners will be announced in the final session of the ITOC11 conference.

NOTE: Online pre-registration will close on March 17, 2025. After this date registration will still be possible, but only onsite at the conference venue on April 3 - 5, 2025.

(2) No fee, but  registration is mandatory. A Press ID confirming your status must be uploaded at the moment of your registration in jpeg, jpg, gif, bmp or png format.

Payments should be made without charges to the beneficiary. Any bank charges will be collected on site.

Clearly state the participant's name(s) and the invoice number on the bank transfer.
