Presenting author will be responsible to submit the abstract.
All presenting authors must be paid registrants of ICIS SGCR-WIRES 2024 by 31 May 2024. Presenting authors who did not purchase their conference passes by 31 Jul 2024 will be excluded from the programme.
The Scientific Committee will review the submissions. A notification of acceptance will be sent to the presenter.
Submission of abstract constitutes the author’s consent to have their accepted abstracts presented during the conference.

Abstracts and presentations must be written in English.
The abstract text is limited to 300 words. The abstract title, the author(s) or names of institutions are not included in the count of 300 words.
a. For Scientific Abstracts, you will be required to submit the Objectives, Material(s) and Method(s), Results, and Conclusions. You may input up to 300 words across all four fields.
b. For Education Abstracts, you will be required to submit the Teaching Points of up to 300 words.
Please do not include tables, graphs, and images in the abstract.
An automated acknowledgement email will be sent to the Author’s email address upon submission.

Dear Friends and Colleagues,
On behalf of the Organising Committee, I have the honour of inviting you to the 23rd Annual Teaching Course of the International Cancer Imaging Society (ICIS), which will be held in conjunction with SGCR WIRES2024 (32nd Annual Scientific Meeting Singapore Congress of Radiology and the 14th Workshops in Interventional Radiology Education Singapore). This meeting in Singapore marks the first ICIS Annual Teaching Course in Asia!
ICIS is a non-profit charitable organization founded in 1998 by two eminent radiologists; Professor Dame Janet Husband and Professor Rodney Reznek from the United Kingdom. The Society aims to advance the subspecialty of cancer imaging in the multidisciplinary management of cancer, promote education and foster research in this growing field. Since its inception, the Society has grown to comprise a Fellowship of more than 80 internationally recognized experts in cancer imaging and a membership from over 50 countries.
Cancer care is a multidisciplinary endeavor in which Radiology plays an integral role in the diagnosis and management of patients to ensure an optimal outcome. The theme of this 2024 conference, ‘Illuminating Cancer Care’ will highlight the evolving role of imaging and intervention in modern clinical practice, in an era of breakthroughs in the understanding of carcinogenesis and major developments in cancer treatment and precision medicine. All this in tandem with unprecedented advances in imaging technology, theranostics, interventional techniques and artificial intelligence (AI). At the same time, the global cancer burden is increasing at an alarming rate, remaining the second most common cause of death worldwide.
Together with the Singapore Radiological Society and the College of Radiologists, Singapore, we will present an exciting programme that comprises plenary and keynote lectures, hands-on workshops, educational and scientific sessions on cancer imaging and intervention, delivered by an internationally renowned faculty from around the world. We warmly welcome friends and colleagues to the conference and look forward to seeing you in Singapore!
