As soon as the deadline has passed, and the review process has been completed, notifications will be sent to the primary presenter of the abstract.
Changes will not be accepted to submitted/completed abstracts after the 31 May deadline. IMPORTANT: If you have a change in presenter, it is the responsibility of the initial presenter and submitter to notify the new presenter of all guidelines and requirements, including disclosures.
If your abstract is selected, there will be NO content edits to your selected abstract. However, if you have a presenter change or update, please notify Michelle DeConcilis at michelledc@wjweiser.com by 31 May 2024.
Please note: All presenters must present their abstract in person. Presenters are required to register for the WCET meeting.
Meeting Format
WCET2024 will run from Monday, August 12 to Friday, August 16, 2024, at The COEX (Convention & Exhibition Center) which is a global exchange platform where people and businesses come together through exhibitions and conferences. The venue is in the heart of Seoul and is considered Korea’s greatest exhibition venue.

It is my great pleasure and honor to extend a warm welcome to all of you to celebrate the 40th World Congress of Endourology and Uro-Technology, to be held in Jerusalem from October 23rd to October 27th, 2023.
This congress promises to be a unique opportunity to exchange knowledge, ideas, and best practices in the rapidly evolving field of endourology and Uro-technology. We are delighted to host this global event in the beautiful city of Jerusalem, a hub of innovation, history, and culture.
The theme of the 2023 WCET meeting is “Innovations – where it all began”. Our program will feature distinguished speakers, cutting-edge research presentations, panel discussions, semi-live surgeries, and up-to-date new technology in the field. We are confident that the scientific program will be of great interest and value to all participants, from trainees to seasoned experts.
Beyond the scientific program, we have also organized a variety of social events and cultural activities that will allow attendees to experience the rich history and traditions of Jerusalem. we invite you to enjoy Jerusalem’s rich cultural and spiritual offerings and the surrounding region. From ancient sites to vibrant modern neighborhoods, from culinary delights to breathtaking scenery, there is something for everyone.
