Submission rules
- Each presenting author can submit a maximum of 1 abstract (either 1 abstract for a talk or 1 abstract for a poster).
- The final decision on acceptance or rejection of an abstract is made by the organizing committee. The talk can be moved to poster by the organizing committee according to reviewing process.
- The submitting author of the abstract must be a presenting author (“the submitting author = the presenting author”).
- The submitting (= presenting) author does not have to be the first author.
Method of submission
- All abstracts must be submitted only via the online form that is accessible in the User zone.
- Abstracts sent by e-mail cannot be considered.
- Authors can edit submitted abstracts at any time before the submission deadline. After the submission deadline abstracts will be locked and it will not be possible to edit them.
- All correspondence concerning the abstract will be sent to submitting author’s e-mail address.
- Authors will be notified about the delivery of their abstract by e-mail immediately. In case you will not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. In case of no confirmation e-mail, please contact: abstracts@wrm2025.com

Prepare a Word document with your abstract, you will have to upload it exclusively in the following format:

Title: bold, 12 point Arial font
Authors: 11 point Arial font, superscript numbers are used to indicate the affiliations
Presenting author: name must be underlined
Affiliations: affiliation to be listed below the author names with 11 point italic Arial font

Welcome to the WSRM 2025 Congress, set to take place at the Palau de Congressos de Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain, from April 23 to 26, 2025.
On behalf of the World Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery, we wish to invite you to attend and participate at the 13th Congress of the World Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery (WSRM 2025) on April 23-26, 2025. Barcelona is proud to host this prestigious meeting, bringing together renowned microsurgeons from all over the world.
Our city is a thriving metropolis offering world class infrastructure, fully integrated transport network, vibrant living space and rich culture. The Barcelona El Prat Airport offers myriad connections to all major cities in Asia, Europe and America.
Mindful of the environmental impact of travel, we encourage participants to use public transportation wherever feasible.
