- Invitations to present will be issued on January 20, 2027
- The deadline to withdraw a regular abstract submission is February 26, 2027
- The deadline to accept or decline the invitation to present is February 26, 2027
Late-Breaking Submission Period
- Late-breaking abstract submission opens January 13, 2027 and closes January 27, 2027
- Invitations to present will be issued on February 23, 2027
- The deadline to withdraw a late-breaking abstract submission is March 9, 2027
- The deadline to accept or decline the invitation to present is March 9, 2027

Submission Fees
During the regular submission period AAI members receive a complimentary regular abstract submission fee. Nonmembers can submit an abstract for the applicable non-refundable nonmember fee of $145.
During the late breaking period AAI members will be required to pay the applicable non-refundable abstract submission fee of $115. Nonmembers can submit an abstract for the applicable non-refundable nonmember fee of $180.
