Dear Colleagues,

It is our great pleasure to invite you to the 65th Annual Meeting of the European Society for Paediatric Endocrinology (ESPE), taking place in the innovative and sustainable city of Gothenburg, Sweden, from 29 April to 1 May 2027.

This year’s theme, “Developmental Aspects in Paediatric Endocrinology: Shaping Health Across the Lifespan”, highlights the profound impact of developmental processes on endocrine health, from early life through adulthood. The meeting will explore how advances in research, clinical practice, and emerging technologies can enhance our understanding of growth, metabolism, and endocrine disorders, ultimately improving health outcomes across the lifespan.

Hosted in one of Europe’s leading centres for innovation, life sciences, and sustainable development, ESPE 2027 will provide an inspiring setting for the exchange of knowledge, the development of new ideas, and the strengthening of international collaborations. Together, we will examine current challenges and future opportunities in paediatric endocrinology while fostering a shared commitment to advancing patient care worldwide.

We are curating a rich and diverse scientific programme that will include:
