Cancellation Policy
Refunds for paid registrations are issued if written requests are postmarked by the post office or received by fax/email on or before Monday, September 28, 2020. Requests received after Monday, September 28, 2020 cannot be processed. Refunds will be assessed a $5 processing fee.
*ANESTHESIOLOGY 2020 credits must be claimed by December 31, 2020. You will NOT be able to claim credits after this date.
