Cancelations
Registration refunds will be issued if written requests are postmarked no later than 11:59 pm CT, Monday, September 26, 2022. A $50 handling fee will be retained for all refunds. Cancelations and registrations sent after the deadline will not be eligible for refunds. Cancelations and registrations postmarked after the deadline will not be eligible for refunds. Please send a written request to Registration Services via email at clinconreg@facs.org or by fax to 312-202-5003. Please note: Conference attendee substitution from one individual to another is not permitted.
The American College of Surgeons reserves the right to cancel any regularly scheduled session prior to the start of the meeting and will make every effort to immediately notify registrants of a cancelation.
